Because each Quiet Contraband item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer’s remorse.
However, we will gladly replace or refund items that arrive:
- damaged
- misprinted
- defective
- incorrect
If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- a photo of the problem
We’ll make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you ordered the wrong size, the fastest option is to place a new order.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
